About the Event

Festival attendees are invited to an interactive online Social Justice Hackathon, Transforming the Black Experience, where we will unveil the results of AWỌ’s True Lived Stories Gathering Campaign through a virtual mosaic featuring mini-stories of residents from Los Gatos and Santa Clara County, and facilitate in real-time a social justice hackathon where festival attendees can share their stories and begin prototyping collective solutions for Microaggressions in American Society, with the proposed solutions evaluated by three guest judges, followed by an Audience Q&A Session for festival attendees. Come experience and re-imagine new possibilities! Join us to complete the whole story of our Huemanity.
